MailToVoice Privacy Notice

The MailToVoice Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use MailToVoice's products and services, including information provided when you use MailToVoice. In addition, the following describes our privacy practices that are specific to MailToVoice.

Personal information

  • You need a MailToVoice Account to access MailToVoice. MailToVoice asks for some personal information when you create a MailToVoice Account, including your alternate contact information and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. A MailToVoice Account allows you to access many of our services that require registration.
  • When you use MailToVoice, MailToVoice's servers automatically record certain information about your use of MailToVoice. Similar to other web services, MailToVoice records information such as account activity (including number of log-ins); and other log information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID, referrer URL and call records).

Uses

  • MailToVoice acceses and processes your email account and its contents to provide the MailToVoice service to you without storing any of the information accessed and / or processed.
  • MailToVoice may send you information related to your MailToVoice account or other MailToVoice services.

Information sharing and onward transfer

  • When you send email, MailToVoice includes information such as your email address and the email itself as part of that email.
  • We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties except in the limited circumstances described in the MailToVoice Terms of Use, such as when we believe we are required to do so by law.

Your choices

  • You may change your MailToVoice account settings through the MailToVoice "Manage your account" section.
  • You may choose to use additional MailToVoice features, once these are available. All features or functionality added in the future are subject to these terms unless specified otherwise.

To uphold the quality and reputation of MailToVoice MailToVoice, your use of MailToVoice is subject to these program policies. If you are found to be in violation of our policies at any time, as determined by MailToVoice in its sole discretion, we may warn you or suspend or terminate your account. Please note that we may change our policies at any time, and pursuant to our Terms of Use, it is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with and adhere to the policies posted here.

Security

You must promptly notify MailToVoice of any breach of security related to the Services, including but not limited to unauthorized use of your password or account.

Account Inactivity

MailToVoice will terminate your account in accordance with the Terms of Use if you fail to login to your account for a period of nine months.
